When making home made canned potatoe soup why are you not to use cheese?

I have seen on many sites not to use dairy or butter when canning.I am curious why not to use.When making home made canned potatoe soup why are you not to use cheese?
CANNING NEEDS TO BE SIMPLE,SO IT WON'T SPOIL,CHEESE HAS OIL IN IT AND DAIRY PRODUCTS LIKE MILK.KEEP IT SIMPLE,MAYBE SOME SALT AND ADD CHEESE WHEN YOU USE IT.When making home made canned potatoe soup why are you not to use cheese?
they rot easier.
